Chapters earn points for properly documenting required chapter activities in the scrapbook as described in the event rating sheets. Chapters who earn the required number of points are recognized as an “Outstanding HOSA Chapter.” The scrapbook serves as a yearbook to be kept by the chapter and shared with future chapter members.
