Chapters earn points for properly documenting required chapter activ­ities in the scrapbook as described in the event rating sheets. Chapters who earn the required number of points are recog­nized as an “Outstanding HOSA Chapter.” The scrapbook serves as a yearbook to be kept by the chapter and shared with future chapter members.
